Enrollment

Welcome to the Affton School District! We look forward to meeting you and your child and assisting you with the enrollment process.

For the 2024-2025 school year: Online Enrollment

Before you begin, please gather the following:

  • Household information -- Address and phone numbers

  • Parent information -- Work and cell phone numbers, email addresses

  • Student information -- Demographic and health/medication information

  • Emergency Contacts -- Addresses and phone numbers

  • Birth Certificate -- Digital Copy/Photograph

  • Immunizations -- Digital copies of updated immunization records (can be provided later)

  • Previous School Information-- Name, address, and phone number of last school. Digital copy/photograph of last report card

  • Proof of Residency 1 -- Lease or real estate agreement (must be signed by the tenant and the leasing agent) and deposit receipt, sales contract, personal or real estate property tax receipt, income tax return

  • Proof of Residency 2-- Utility bill within the last 30 days (water, electricity, internet, phone, etc.)

NOTE: Proof of Residency is REQUIRED for enrollment. Failure to provide the documentation will delay the enrollment process. If you are unable to prove residency, complete online enrollment, and a representative from the district will be in touch with you.

To determine whether a particular address is in the Affton School District or another school district, use the St. Louis County website as a reference.

Instructions For St. Louis County Address Lookup:

  1. The bottom left of the page contains a blue box labeled “Search By:” In this box are four search criteria “Locator ID,” “Owner,” “Address” and “Subdivision,” select “Address.

  2. Once the “Address” option is selected, four text boxes labeled “number,” “dir.,” “street name,” and “suffix” should appear to the right of the search criteria.

  3. If the house number is known, type it into the box labeled “number,” otherwise skip to the next step.

  4. Type a complete or partial street name into the box labeled “street name.

  5. Click the button labeled “Find.”

  6. Once the “Find” button is clicked a listing of results to the right of the “Search By:” box will appear with columns labeled “Locator ID,” “Map,” “Address” and “Owner” under the “Locator ID” column click the Locator ID for the correct address.

  7. At the bottom of Ownership / Legal Information, you will find the School District for this address.
